SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders require a 2-3 business days processing before being shipped. Certain products could take up to 4 days before being shipped. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped. Weekend orders ship on Mondays. Standard shipping can take 5-7 business days. **Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $75.00 or more. 

International Shipping

For information on shipping outside the U.S.A. please send us an email with Items you are interested in and a shipping address and we will give you a quote shipping to your location. 

Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy

Cross Bar Company offers a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of our products. As long as there is no signs of abuse we will accept a return. **We cannot accept returns after 30 days of purchase if there is nothing wrong with your product. To return or exchange a Cross Bar Company product, you must fill out a Return Request that will be emailed to you. After completing the form, ship the product to us and we will process your request. When sending product back to us, keep our policy in mind:

**Unless Product is faulty the Customer will pay shipping to return..

  • ship in the original product packaging, in as new condition, along with any documentation.

  • ship with proof of purchase of the product (receipt or invoice)

  • ship with your name, address and phone number of where to send the exchange item or return.
